Truckfighters proudly presents!
The Truckfighters Fuzz Festival number 7 is in the making! First bands will be announced very soon! You can already buy early bird tickets so do it do it! There will be riffing in the name of fuzz at Debaser Strand and Bar Brooklyn, on the weekend of November 13+14 2026! One could say that the festival has become Sweden's answer to a company party but here it's all about fuzz, swing, and a damn good mood. All spread across 2 stages as we combine Debaser and Bar Brooklyn into a single festival frenzy over 2 days. You will be treated to great music from around 6 pm to midnight on 2 stages, and the evening is not over there as DJs extend the nights with cool music and we hope for a great hangout.
On November 14+15, 2025, Debaser Strand & Bar Brooklyn
The Venue is located on the island of Södermalm, in Stockholm. This is a very nice area in the central parts of town. Get there with subway or bus to "Hornstull" station.
The bands on the bill are hand picked by us to ensure a great evening! All bands are good! All bands play some kind of heavy groovy rock music with a fuzzy sound! We hope to see you. Keep the fuzz burning!

Van Zant begins by explaining the fundamental material properties of silicon, the foundation of modern electronics. The text details the used to grow silicon crystals and the slicing, lapping, and polishing techniques used to create high-purity wafers [1]. 2. Contamination Control and Cleanrooms
The ingot is sliced into thin wafers using diamond saws, followed by mechanical lapping, chemical etching, and Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) to achieve a mirror-like, defect-free surface. 2. Contamination Control and Cleanroom Dynamics

Since its first publication in 1986, "Microchip Fabrication" has evolved through , each one updated to reflect the latest advances in the rapidly changing world of semiconductor technology. Key features of each edition include:
: Coating the wafer with light-sensitive chemicals. Soft Bake : Heating to stabilize the resist layer.
The textbook is meticulously structured to follow the manufacturing flow. Here are the core areas of focus: 1. Introduction to Semiconductors and Silicon Wafers Van Zant begins by explaining the fundamental material
Peter Van Zant succeeded where many technical authors fail: he wrote a book that is equally accessible to the high school graduate starting as a wafer handler and the Ph.D. physicist designing the next-generation gate-all-around transistor.
For metal interconnections. Thermal Oxidation: Forming silicon dioxide layers [2]. 5. Etching and Doping
Modern engineers still rely on his explanations of chemical vapor kinetics, photoresist chemistry, and plasma dynamics to solve yields loss problems in contemporary fabs. For anyone studying microelectronics, researching historical process developments, or looking for a comprehensive conceptual foundation in semiconductor manufacturing, Peter Van Zant's textbook stands as one of the most accessible and thorough references ever published. Inside a cleanroom—where a single dust speck could destroy a city—the wafer met its fate. First came oxidation. A furnace baked on a layer of silicon dioxide, an insulating moat around future transistors.
Used as a standard textbook in colleges and training centers.

" is widely considered the "bible" of basic microchip technology. First published in 1986 and now in its sixth edition , it is a comprehensive, novice-friendly guide that explains the entire semiconductor manufacturing process—from raw materials to final packaging—without using complex higher math or engineering theory.
