This error appears because MAME expects to find the dl-1425.bin file inside a specific BIOS archive called (or sometimes qsound.zip , depending on your MAME version) located in your ROMs directory.
To avoid the dl-1425.bin error and other missing file issues, follow these best practices: Utilize a dedicated BIOS and Device archive subfolder
Close the archive. Make an identical duplicate copy of qsound.zip .
